Are you on a diet? Are you always on  some kind of a diet? Have you tried various things to lose weight, get  rid of brain fog, reduce inflammation, or just feel better? Are you  tired all the time and not sure why? These are all legitimate concerns  and worries most of us go through daily. It is hard to know what to eat,  when to eat, and what to do when there are so many opposing thoughts  out there.
