Homemade Pasta and Sauce- Teen Class

We will be making fresh pasta by hand using special flour and farm eggs to make a delicious and healthy meal. We will also make some homemade sauce so these teens can see how much work goes into the original process. 

This class will focus on nutrition and the idea of eating a meal as a community/family and also the many hands that go into prepapring a meal. We will go over the history of the ingredients and how they came to create this dish that has transformed the pallet of the world. 

This class will be held both inside and outside. Students need to wear closed toed shoes, have something to tie back their hair and bring a water bottle. Please make sure they eat a breakfast before arriving, since all our time will be spent making this food which will take some time to prepapre.
