Eat Your Veggies- Online Cooking!
We all need to eat more vegetables. Let's take on 2 dishes that you can eat after the class, or save and enjoy another day. You will also learn how to modify these recipes to utilize in-season vegetables, and change it based on your pantry shelf.

About the Event
Let's get cooking!
We are going to make 2 recipes that incorporate a lot of veggies. We will be making a grain bowl/salad, and some roasted veggies. I will mail you a doc with a list of ingredients and suggested add-ons/ alternatives esp if you'd like to add any protein to these dishes- which I recommend.
This class is for anyone 16+ who would like to try out some new recipes and get out of their comfort zones. We will also make a quick dressing to go with our food, so all your foods will be homemade, healthy and delicious. If you can get to a local farmer's market, it will be ideal to get most of your vegetables from there- if possible.
The class will be about 2 hours and wil will also go over some alternatives based on seasonal foods. This will be a lively engaging class. I am looking forward to sharing my love of veggies with you and hope you enjoy!
How to Register:
1. RSVP and fill out your information with an email you will check frequently.
2. Make payment to secure your spot.
3. Check your email by Thursday for a list of ingredients
4. Be sure to have Zoom downloaded to your device. Link and password will be sent 3 days before event.
