Welcome to becoming aware of your health and learning to live in your body that is uniquely yours. In the next 4 weeks we will explore Health, Nutrition, Breath work, Mindfulness, and Somatic Movements in ways to re-train our body and mind into an awareness that is focusing on long-term health.

The primary process in which we will do this is by slowing down. When we slow down, we begin to become aware of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions. This awareness gives us insight into our behaviors, habits and patterns of actions/reactions.
