Each week has been designated by the following topics:
Week 1: Digestion, gut dysfunction, nutrient absorption
Week 2: How toxic are you? Microbiome and immune system
Week 3: Mood, fatigue, anxiety, hormones, and mindset
Week 4: Glucose, protein, resistance training and exercise
Week 5: Optional detox week (for anyone who wants to do this) This week is free on me!
