Please take advantage of this space to share your thoughts, feelings, questions, photos, etc. This is an opportunity to learn from each other and I will guide you in the next few weeks in creating a plan for your lifestyle at the moment or create one that will help you in the months/years to come.


Over the next 4-5 weeks we will be going over a lot of content. I urge you to participate beyond our meeting times. In brief this is what we will go over

Each week has been designated by the following topics:

  • Week 1: Digestion, gut dysfunction, nutrient absorption

  • Week 2: How toxic are you? Microbiome and immune system

  • Week 3: Mood, fatigue, anxiety, hormones, and mindset

  • Week 4: Glucose, protein, resistance training and exercise

  • Week 5: Optional detox week (for anyone who wants to do this) This week is free on me!
