Learn how anxiety shows up for us during the holidays, and a few tips on how to reduce this feeling and cope with it.
In this session, I will explore some straightforward methods to boost your immunity in advance, as well as provide tips and strategies to help you stay healthy amidst the holiday feasting and celebrations. While the holidays are a time for indulgence and enjoyment, it's important to be mindful that excessive indulgence can weaken our immunity and make us more susceptible to illness or infections.
